Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are key factors in creating a successful workplace. To mark European Diversity Month, Insurance Europe has updated its DEI Hub, which showcases initiatives taken by the industry to promote equal access, opportunity and inclusivity in the workplace.
First launched in 2022, the DEI Hub promotes the exchange of good DEI practices across Europe.
