FinDatEx (Financial Data Exchange Templates) was established to facilitate the exchange of data when applying EU financial markets legislation, such as MiFID II, PRIIPs and Solvency II.
Its mission is to support the development and use of standardised technical templates. The templates are used on a voluntary basis.
FinDatEx was established by the European Fund and Asset Management Association (EFAMA), the European Banking Federation (EBF), Insurance Europe, the European Savings and Retail Banking Group (ESBG), the European Association of Cooperative Banks (EACB) and the European Structured Investment Products Association (EUSIPA). In October 2019, the European Association of Public Banks (EAPB) joined FinDatEx.
Current templates are available on the FinDatEx website.
